Project Design

Shortlist And Presentation

We provide a detailed shortlist, usually consisting of 3-5 high level candidates, that we recommend for interview which we will present to you virtually or face to face.

Post-Project Consultation

We don’t hold discussions with the aim of building transactional, short term relationships. We maintain contact with both you and the candidate and provide onboarding support and with regular touchpoints to make sure all sides are satisfied with the outcome.
